At my brother's high school graduation in May of 2010. One of mom's goals was to live long enough to see Hunter graduate high school. She was so proud that day.
The musings of a 25 year old just trying to find her way in this crazy world. RN, new home owner, lover of all things travel related, Christian, breast cancer survivor, and just plain awesome :)

I love you Madison. I'm sorry I haven't been there for you. Losing Mama has just got me all messed up. I do love you, and I think of you every day. (Shady)
ReplyDeleteMadison has a rich heritage of strong women in her life, beginning with (that we know of) her Great Great Grandmother Mama Koon, then her Great Grandmother Mama (Ellis)White, then her Grandma Jeanine Hamby, then her mama Laurie Hamby Billingsley. They have all been a strong witness of Jesus Christ and His Amazing strength to face adveristy with the confidence that God is in control of everything and His Power is evident in their lives.
ReplyDeleteMadison, Christ will sustain you, guide you and is ever present in your daiy life. Draw near to Him daily, get to know Him, seek Him out. He loves you so very, very much. I do too!
Love, Your Aunt Leslie
